The owner Joe is as crooked as they come. He came to me with an incredible price if i prepayed for my oil this past winter. I'm on a fixed income, so every penny counts and I went along with his deal to try to save money. I gave him $3000 in advance to buy this cheap oil he promised me. Unfortunately he barely delivered 300 gallons to me all winter. I've tried calling the number but its disconnected and my neighbor who also used to buy from him told me she heard that he's out of business. I've gone to the address he has listed a few times but it's a house and no one ever answers the door

I plan to go to the Bronx District Attorney and report him and hopefully get this crook arrested!
