Horrible Service made us loose my mom Dr. appointment today. Pick up time was at 3:30-3:50 the driver call to say he will arrive at 4:30 we told him that will be late because my moms appointment was at 4:30. I call the company to ask if they can send someone else and they said that the driver was assigned to us and that he will pick us up in 10 min. he showed up at 4:50pm. I tried to call the hearing doctor to see if they would see us later but the doctor was already gone!

Consistently excellent. I used to use them 4-6 times a week. Until I got my own car. But still use them when I would rather not drive.

The worst Service ever! Left me waiting in the rain with my children for 40 minutes more than once. They kept lying saying the cab was already there and he never was! very disappointed
