I called to see if a vehicle was available and /or if they had any similar vehicles for sale, in a specific year range. The 'salesman' was rude and told me they have a lot of vehicles that come in, and he "didn't want to waste his time or mine". It was annoying, especially when I'm a person that is very straightforward, has cash available, and is eager to purchase the 'right' vehicle. Apparently they have a few vehicles I might like to look at, and although I certainly don't need someone to 'pamper' me. I do require a baseline level of common courtesy and respect. Sure, they'll have more customers, but they will lose a fair share with this guy. I'm a professional female, not overly sensitive nor a snob. I don't care. I'll take my cash somewhere else. I guess they're turning over so many cars as he said, that he doesn't care...good luck with that down the road!

The customer relationship was very good. This car dealership treats you wit respect and the prices were very affordable. I will highly recommend anyone who needs a car to just go to car factory by Boston Road and grab your choice of car.This people are good. They have what it takes to make you happy even if you do not see what you want,they will help you all the way and make sure that you are satisfied at the end.In fact i give them a high five.Steve.

Its a family operated business and they are very very knowledgable in cars. We bought our beamer for $11600 when most dealers were at about $13000 firm. Theyre friendly, consistant, and offer finance options like nowhere else. You can get a good car for a great price there.
