I bought my Ford F-150 on April 12, 2016. Today is May 9, 2016 and to date I have already spent nearly $3000.00 on repairs of this RELIABLE AUTO truck that I paid above blue book for..... I have called multiple times in hopes they would do the right thing and give me some sort of compensation but to date have received no return phone calls or response to my emails.



My suggestion to you as a consumer is go elsewhere for your used car needs as what you get from Reliable Auto Sales is anything but reliable, and the customer service is non existent after the sell.....

I just recently bought a SUV 2003 expedition from Bill and I believe he will stand behind his name. I hope since reliable changed owners this will change everyones mind on what they think.

Avoid this place. Mike Kirkpatrick is a lying crook. He lies more than Barack Obama ! He misrepresents his cars, lies about wrecks, body damage, previous salvage titles, etc. He makes promises he never keeps and then lies about that too. Mike Kirkpatrick is the most unethical used car dealer in Oklahoma.



Look at the review on 1/19/2012. These dummies are so incompetent, they can't even leave fake reviews for themselves without screwing up and having "reliable" in their logon ID. Hahahahaha, wow, what morons.

My wife and I have poor credit, the car I have now is about to give out. Any day. We were approved for the car. I called to tell them what time I would be there to take delivery, only to be told that they decided to sell the car to someone else. I said to Greg, you've got to be joking, he said nope I'm not and hung up. These crooks have dinged my credit while I'm trying to rebuild my life and they tossed my future in the wind. MIKE AND GREG ARE EVIL MEN.

Reliable auto sales is the best dealer I have ever dealt with. If you want a great deal and an honest dealer , go to reliable!

I have never seen salesmen on this level before. I know the world is full of creeps ,but these two top the list ! The first issue I feel obligated to share with you , Both of these guys showed my husband where to FORGE MY NAME and then notorized the forged signature on the title!! (TITLE WAS IN MY NAME ONLY) I'd say criminal acts should be listed as one of the benifits they offer !!

After a few hours of driving the SUV I called and told this crook there was a problem with the transmission ! His response to me was;"Oh well, I hope u get it fixed 'and hung up the phone

RELIABLE ...What a joke! Watch for these clowns @ the local flea market. I m pressing charges , these two should not have a license to sell bicycles let alone cars !! BEWARE BEWARE

I wish I saw the review below. This group is not trustworthy and lacks integrity in my opinion. They know the law and use it to their advatange to legally miss lead u. They have no moral obligation to the consumers or the community. Fellow consumers please buy elsewhere. My story and issues are long and all happened with in 12 hours a drive time. The mechanic they use is a fraud and fixes nothing and doesn't truly inspect any of their vehicles. They put nice looking vehicles on their lot with major issues they put temporary fixes on. They don't stand behind their verbal word. They are everything you hear about used car dealears and more. I can't stress enough to buy elsewhere.

Traded in my 2005 Jeep Liberty weekend b4 Easter and was trading for Scion XB, ONLY reason for trade was to have something more fuel efficient. Planned to be saving money....within an hour of driving off lot, all the lights came and and it started to over heat!!! Called him right away, he said he wanted to make it "right". Gave us a diff car for a loaner and took it to HIS mechanic at Sooner Auto Care (bad!) and gave it right back and said NOTHING WAS WRONG and that it was a fluke. Within 3 days after it happened again. Took it to Toyota and they stated that THAT exact one had been in back in Feb and needed a new engine and gave us a quote of close to $7000!!! We were devastated. We called him right back and he was upset that we went to Toyota and stated HE WOULD NOT! HELP US and HUNG UP!!! on us!!!!!! I called Ch 2, which will air on the 17th at 10pm and also writing him up on BBB and here and word of mouth!

DO NOT NOT NOT trust him!!!!!!!!! I and my husband couldnt find anything wrong with it, test drove it and everything and felt we could trust him with all his "neighbor next door lines". He knew and so did his mechanic! Bcuz we even went for another opinion elsewhere after toyota and in less than an hour without knowing the car was able to diagnose the same issue. So THEY KNEW!!!

THEY lied and took advantage of our trust! Please do not do what we did! We ended up putting ourselves in a financial bind and our whole primary intention was to SAVE $.
