Do NOT take anything to Outlaw PowerSports! The lack of professionalism from the desk clerk is blatant and clearly her position is secure because someone who was ever in doubt of losing their job would NEVER be as disrespectful and rude as she was to my family. Ignoring specific details to provide an estimate BEFORE beginning any repairs subsequently cost my family more than budgeted, and still left the ATV needing more work. Repetitive phone calls over a months time were met with no estimate information, no idea as to when those questions would be answered, and messages left for the mechanic were never once returned. Once, they even questioned whether or not they still had our ATV! Instead of admitting they had not gotten to our ATV, they gave us the run around which only caused frustration to build. Either Outlaw Powersports doesn't want repeat business or they don't need it. Regardless, they have lost my business and I will be sure to share my experience with anyone who will listen.

I paid around $185 to have my oil changed in my boat and signs indicate that they warmed up the boat motor for the oil change without running water to it. I took my boat to the lake two weeks prior to taking my boat to Outlaw to get the oil changed and it ran perfectly cool as usual around 140-150 degrees. I dropped my boat off last Friday for the oil change, then when I put my boat in the water on Saturday it quickly overheated. When I took my boat to my usual boat mechanic, he showed me and explained that the seawater pump had all the signs of being ran without water. When I called Outlaw Marine they said they were 100% sure they hooked water up to it and were sticking by that. Also, there was oil and grease all over the inside of my boat on the white interior and oil drips along the side of my boat. I paid $185 for them to make a mess of my boat and to have possibly fried my seawater pump.

This place is a Joke. They do not do the work that is requested. Not sure if they are even qualified to work on boats. Save yourself time, money and headache and go somewhere else.

This place is an absolute joke run by clowns!

Brought my boat in last fall to be fixed. The guy told me it was a wear ring that was bad and charged $1,000 to fix it. I took the boat out on the first nice day in March for a test drive and it still wasn't fixed! It was actually worse! The radio didn't work anymore!

Now they've had my boat for 4 months and still isn't fixed! And to top it off, the idiots didn't put my cover on very tight so the tarp over loaded with water and ripped!! I want my boat fixed, my radio fixed, and tarp replaced!!!

Do not waste your time and money with these clowns!

I am the owner and unfortunately you can not delete these reviews, so I will reply, as I have also called this customer.

This customer has a wake board boat. It consist of ballest tanks, pumps and bags. He was unsure of what winterization he wanted, so he got a ‘ESTIMATE’.

Once we saw how many pumps and bags were in the boat, he got a final price. I challenge ANYONE to call around tulsa and get a price on winterizing the entire water system on a wake board boat. We did it CHEAP…..

About 3 or 4 days, yes we had a pump breakdown and our ‘backup’ pump would not fit his boat, because this is a Indmar engine and most won’t. We did not drag

our feet on the boat, it took time to get the parts. We do the best we can do. Read the reviews of boat places that have been in tulsa for 30 plus years. It is obvious you can make NO ONE happy anymore. Everyone wants it done right, done cheap and done now.

Joke of an Establishment

bought my first motorcycle from these guys, and never got any sort of phone calls or anything like that.8 days later my motorcycle was stolen and damaged, I was able to recover it and they said they could fix it. Well it's been 26 days and they have yet to call me, I have had to call them every single time, and every time the same excuse is "We've been waiting on parts". They have horrible customer service and the owner/boss is Never , EVER there, they never gave me paper tags , and it took weeks to get the title. Overall a poorly run and operated "business". The employees themselves told me the owner just buys and buys and buys toys for the fun of it and uses the "business" to off them for outrageous prices. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE.

These guys rock. They fixed my engine, after M&W Power Sports said it had to be replaced. A starter.....is all it was. Thanks guys for the honest service.
