HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

The owner of this establishment is extremely rude and wont take responsibilty for anything! I made the mistake by using this place not only once but twice. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and know everyone makes mistakes. But this. owner did it twice...took my dog to get shaved twice which turned into (4 times bc each time she only bathed and trimmed nails and didnt shave). Not only did she make it extremely inconvienant that i had to keep making time out of my days to pick up and drop off my dog but the 2nd time around she wouldnt even compensate me by even half off even though this was her mistake. And to take it a step further she made my husband pay before the services were rendered. She was very rude and we i told her i would not use her services again she hung up on me! UNPROFESSIONAL

On August 1st I took my cat, Zoe, to Hairy Beasts to be shaved and dipped. I have had the shaving done previously a couple of times with no problem. This time, however, my cat was near death the first few days afterward! Shaving her belly area of more than just hair, several layers if skin were also removed! They are trying to blame it on the matting of hair, which I knew was there, but STOP shaving rather than damage or kill my cat! Long story short, I spent almost $200 in vet bills plus she still had fleas all over her face when I brought her home! Yes I knew she was matted and yes I knew she was badly infested with fleas but that's no excuse! Vet was surprised she survived, due to the severity of the wound! Her weight is almost back up from not being able to eat for days but she still has huge scabs a month later! I will NEVER return OR recommend this establishment!!

I tried this place in December 2013 and was met by a rude female groomer. She charged scissor cut price for an easy shave for short haired mix breed. Told me I " could go somewhere else" if I didn't like her prices. He was also knicked several times by the shave.

I brought my Bichon in the other day, I am so impressed with this business. My baby is very difficult to groom due to its maniac behavior. The groomer was able to handle him just fine. I also asked about the water and potty trips outside situation, they assured me they give water and take the dogs out frequently. So happy I found an awesome grooming shop near by! We will be returning!

When I took my baby Bella in the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was not sure what haircut I wanted on my poodle, the owner showed me her poodle and I was able to get exactly what I wanted done on my dog. I have been to several shops around this area and Hairy Beast is by far the best place I have found to take my dog. The others shop treat my dog like just another dog in their assembly line. Where Hairy Beast treated my dog likes she was the one and only customer they had for the day. You have got a customer for life.

I made the mistake of giving these people a second chance. Last year, they cut my small dog - a deep and painful cut. Today, they manhandled another of my dogs, and now he has a sprained leg. We had to go from the groomers to the vet. When I called to ask what happened, they said I hurt my own dog putting her in the car. He's small, so I carried him. They told me most of their injuries occur when dogs jump out of the cages that are four feet off the ground. Needless to say, I will never go here again.

I was amazed at the quality of my westie. I like my dog to look a certain way and I have gone to serveral grooming shop and no one was able to get the right hair cut. Hairy beast was able to get the right hair cut the first I went their . The people their are very friendly also. My dog now loves going their and drags me in to the door. I am extremely happy their. I would recommend this place to every one who has has a bad experience at other grooming job

They are under a new ownership. They are really sweet and they have really cleaned up the store. You are treated really well and they have exceptional service. I would recommend this shop to everyone.

This business is not good to dogs. i have heard a lot of horror storys about this place.
