Courtni was very helpful when we arrived. She asked us what we were looking for and gave us different options. We felt very comfortable as she she explained every detail and got us a great deal on a vehicle.

Bought new 50,000 $. Had for two years front ended started popping when I would turn. Bought best warranty and they wanted to charge me 150$ to just look at it and decide if it was covered or not. I sold it. Bought from a different dealership. I made a bad decision a bought my two current vehicles from Ferguson again. I signed on what I would pay for them. They bait and switched on me. Very fast talking and poor explanations. Was charged 8,000 more then I agreed on with no warranties.

Danwas a very friendly salesman and took excellent care of myself,husband and granddaughter! Christian in finance was very funny and professional at the same time. No hassles from anyone we dealt with!:)Best experience dealing with any dealerships we've used! Love our GMC Terrain!
