I was visiting here from Indianapolis when I needed AC for the 1st time this year. All I got was hot air. My daughter recommended Family Auto and said that when she moved to BA, numerous friends had recommended it to her. Family Auto got my car in promptly. They ascertained that my lack of freon was because my 2007 Mazda's valves were leaking the freon. They installed a new valve kit & freon and gave me a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. Now my car gets as cold as I want it. Thanks, Family Auto!!!

This is the 17th year that family automotive has serviced my vehicles from minor to major repairs and always with great integrity and professionalism. You can trust them. They recently installed a new clutch kit assembly in my F150, (clutch & pressure plate) 1 week later the hydrolic component failed, I returned it to them and they installed a 2nd clutch kit at no cost to me no questions asked. They apoligized to me for leaving me stranded over the weekend. They have gone the extra mile for me on numerous occasions, they stand behind their work.
These people truely care about you and your vehicle!

I've read the negative reviews and am puzzled because after 17 years of experiencing flawless integrity, impekable professionalism & complete honesty (they've never taken advantage of me) and I've never felt ripped off by them. I've experienced nothing but Good Fruit from Family Automotive. If there was bad fruit there I would have experienced it by now and believe me I've been there on their good days and bad days and on my good days and bad days and their integrity, professionalism and care was always intact. Sweet & sour fruit cannot come from the same tree, impossible!

Most loyal and honest mechanics I know very family oriented, took my car here a couple of times. Very professional people I wouldn't take my car or trust it with anyone else.

Shop to take our cars to. WE DIDN'T

It was a 2 week, almost $1300 guessing game.

They were sure they could fix it, it turned out they could not.

I understand my car is older, and that maybe it could not be fixed,.If so tell me.There was no communication the 2nd week from them, we had to call. My husband told them the could try 1 more thing, if it did not work to let us know. They did not bother to call us, we found out when we went by to pick up something from my car. Owner did not like my review, so he deleted it. He told my husband the I did not understand the mechanics of auto repair. I DON'T, THAT WHY I TOOK IT TO AN AUTO MECHANIC!!!!!! On top of everything else the cover of the fuse box was left off and several fuses were scattered on the floor. Real Professional.
