I have had 2 bad experiences with this location. 1-There was a line a mile long and I went to the back to ask the manager if someone else could check. Herself and a couple of other people were sitting in the back of the store. I believe she was eating at the time but I'm not sure about all of them. She said no and was very rude about it. 2-I was told previously I could exchange something w/o a receipt if it was in the same dept. Today, I was told she would not exchange it at all but that I could try another store. She was very rude. Myself, along with millions of other customers love Dollar General Products and prices, but this particular manager is very rude. Sometimes, (at all the stores) there is a long wait to get checked out but I have never encountered a manager who is so rude to customers. Thanks for listening. Jeannie Jackson
