I have the same problem. No one returns phone calls, emails or letters, it seems like they don't want your business.

I have tried to call these apartments now for 2 weeks and they never answer!! We live an hour away so its hard for us to drive down there to see if how our application is coming. Very frustrating. Had to have my dad go down there since he lives close and tell them to call us.
