I've been using Broken Arrow powder coating for years.
Never had an issue until I received a motorcycle part w some flaws in it.
I was very understanding that sometimes things happen and no biggie just asked to fix it.
Scotty told me that they would fix it but wouldn't do any of the other parts I needed done bc I'm too picky, also told me I wasn't going to break there company by not using them anymore.
I could believe someone could get away with speaking to a customer this way.
Needless to say I won't be having them even fix the part they messed up. I'd rather just pay another company to do it.
I would not recomend anyone use these people.
To bad you have give 1 star bc they deserve none.
