Provided by SuperpagesI have 4 children that have all been to this Clinic. It's always been convenient and the experience has always been positive with the office staff, nurses, and Dr.'s. With one exception, Dr. Bushyhead. My experience when I took my 12 yr old for an illness was a very uninterested and demeanor was as if he were annoyed with us. He didn't offer any suggestions of treatment.. I had to ask specific questions to get him to tell us much of ANYTHING. When my daughter said she didn't understand the instructions.. he just looked at her with an expression of "are you kidding me" and I had to relay in terms more clear to her. He was very rude. The ill manner in which he treated his patient, my daughter, will not be forgotten soon. I have always had a positive experience at this clinic, less this Dr. I will be sure if I ever return to this clinic I will be requesting that he not be treating anyone in my family again.

Provided by SuperpagesGreat clinic. Has a couple providers and is open later than usual. Very convenient for me, a mother of three, to not have to miss school or work when the kiddos are sick. Last time I was there, we saw Dr Jacob??and my youngest was found to have strep. I just mentioned the others were complaining of sore throats and he came back with scripts for all three so I wouldn't have to come back in. 5 stars!!!

Provided by SuperpagesI've been a patient there for about three years and have never had any issues. I only gave it (4) stars because of the wait time, but there's nothing too unusual about that. The doctor who saw me was very professional and down-to-earth, listened to me, giving well-educated feedback and also gave me some excellent recommendations as to where my health issues could be emanating from. I've also seen the the female doctor mentioned by the other reviewer and found her to be nothing but well mannered and easy to talk to. Another person I saw there on occasion, was Bob, the LPN. He is awesome and is extremely compassionate.

Provided by SuperpagesReceptionist had a poor attitude. She never said even the basic hello. She seemed aggravated by the several hispanics that were there for pre-employment drug screening. She never made eye contact with me and made several loud sighs as if disgusted with her job.The very young female Doctor that examined me was condescending, flippant and a little disrespectful.Later, I had a simple question (dosage) about the medication prescribed to me. It took two days and 8 phone messages to get a response from this clinic. The response came from an EMT not a nurse or doctor. The EMT told me to make an appointment to talk to the doctor. This would cost me and my insurance company an additional office visit fee to answer a simple question.I am overall unhappy with the experience with this "urgent care" clinic. It would have been worth the wait to get in with my regular doctor.
