AVOID. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had to file a complaint with the BBB.

Without going into great detail we paid the owner to repair our universal remote (which we purchased from him), and when the fix he performed literally did not do anything (the remote had the same exact problem as before), he refused to provide us with a refund or do anything. He just stated that it was working for him before he brought it to us and that they don't offer refunds. I cannot describe here just how terrible of an experience it was for us to have to deal with this business. I could write a novel.
