Bill Newcomb is an incredible inspector. We had an accepted offer on a bar and restraint and needed to know every aspect of the building and its condition, in addition there were living quarters to also inspect. Bill spent nearly 6 hours going over every inch of this place , and made sure to communicate to us everything he was doing, why and what if anything was found. In the excitement of our new purchase I knew I needed a professional. And at the suggestion of our Realtor David Atwater at the Atwater Agency we contacted Bill. He came well out of his normal business area all the way past West Bend and we are sure glad he did. That evening we received an incredible report via email that has to be seen to appreciate it. It includes, whys whats and photos that he felt we needed to have on record. I can not express my thanks and gratitude enough for a job well done.
