Wind broke off one of our casement window panels from its hinges and it plummeted down the second floor. The frame shattered on one side and we were left without a window panel in our master bathroom on Sunday AM. I called pretty much any company I found on google. Of course, everyone was closed. However, when I called Winstal and left a voice mail, Bill called me right back within 5 minutes. He said he could be at our place shortly. He came, looked for some spare parts, temporary installed our broken window from inside the bathroom (we never thought it would be possible), and ordered a new one. We were just blown away by his responsiveness. He looks like an honest, straight shooter kind of guy. We will absolutely use him in the future for all external repairs. His responsiveness was so appreciated on this windy Sunday with rain clouds hovering... He said it was sprinkling 30 mins away, where he was, and he didn't want us to be without a window...
