Last year I had been calling for weeks to see if my taxes were ready, the only way I could get her to finish them was to go to her office. She finally finished them right in front of me. I guess you have to go there in order for her to finish your work. Don't bother calling because she doesn't come to the phone or ever call you back! I won't be going back again.
