I have been working on an issue with T-Mobile for months!! Phone calls, visits, scanning and sending information, etc. I walked into the Broadview Hts. branch, and found 2 of the most courteous, helpful AND knowledgeable customer service representatives I have ever worked with. They took care of my problem in 15 minutes, and I was out the door. I highly recommend this branch of T-Mobile!
