Do Not Trust with your custom house plans!!!! Root Builders liked my one of a kind house plan that I created so much, they built at least 2 of my house designs at Sutton Acres near Tecumseh Michigan.

Obviously had no Ethics or respect of others property.

My home is 11 years old as of this post. I noticed some carpenter ants in my house in the last couple weeks so I started hunting them down. Unfortunatley, they are in my walls. All because the builder did not flash my windows per code or put a membrane between my deck and my house. I've spent the last two days tearing off my siding, replacing rotten rim joists and sheating, now its time to flash the windows (ideally this would be done prior to installation) in order to form a complete barrier and hope the ants have not created a colony in my home. I'm scared to even look in the attic, flashing is construction 101. Stay clear of this builder.
