Maple and Sugar looked spectaular today. Thank you so much. It is hard to find Pet services when you move to a new area. i am so happy that I hit a Homerun with the first Groomer I tried.

If I could give less than one star I would. WORST GROOMING PLACE IVE EVER BEEN. I work in customer service so I'd like to think I have pretty high standards in the way you treat your customer and I have never been treated so badly my entire life. They were disrespectful and truly made me feel like I was below them and not a worthy customer for them. They did not even do a good job on top of the awful way me and my friend were treated. Though my dog was squirmy, I would think that not all dogs are angels from heaven who sit completely 100% still and that's just how it is when your cutting a 1 year old dogs nails. When I called to speak to the manager about their customer service I was asked what dog I brought in and service I received. After I told them she said "Okay, Don't come back" and then hung up on me. I've never heard of being treated this badly and I hope that they do NOT remain in service very long. No matter if they are cheap or not it gave them no right to treat me that way.
