If you have 7 months to wait for a new septic system while they hold $7750 of your money. Lance will gaslight you and lie about why it’s delayed. It’s always going to be next month. And then try and send me a bill with late fees when the work had not even been completed. And don’t think they will return phones calls because they won’t. Finally had to as for a refund to get anything done. Only to find out they applied for the permits a week before they finally did the work. Yet Lance told us in May the permit would be in by June/July. And nothing was done until December. I wish I had never recommended them to my neighbor. Very unprofessional and dishonest!
