Our kitchen sinks were draining really slowly and the dishwasher was backing up in them as well. Eventually they stopped draining at all. Since we're having people over tomorrow (Mother'sDay), this was a real emergency. I called Sure Drain and left a message. I receive a call back in about 20 minutes and Alan Ratcliff said he'd be here in about an hour (he had to go get his truck). He was here before the hour was up and was AWESOME! He not only cleaned out the outgoing pipes, he also replaced a cartridge in my faucet and replaced both drain baskets.
We asked about some of the other services they provide and now plan on having them come back soon and pump out the septic tank! We will be calling them (and asking for Alan) for our future plumbing needs!
