Great buffet, always fresh and great selection. Very good service, more than just your average chinese buffet.

Favorite place to eat when in the area. I do advise to go on weekends as it's a large place with a large crowd then so food is fresher as it's replaced often.

This used to be my favorite MUST GO to place every week. However over the last six months this place seems to be going downhill MAJORLY! They are really bad about letting food get really old and disgusting without replacing it with fresh. I know no business wants to waste food but when the meat gets so old its hard or the chicken dishes turn to soggy mess - for heavens sake, change it! We are thankful they have crab legs on weekends but they are not very good about keeping them full. Often I see people standing by the bar waiting up to ten minutes for crab legs which is inexcusable, they are very well aware that crab legs is a very popular buffet item and is one of the main reasons people go there but they want to be stingy with them! Half the time we don't even get crab legs because we don't want to have to race other customers to get to them when they first come out. Seriously if you have been there a few times, you've probably seen people jump up and race to the crab legs the moment they come out of the kitchen because everyone has been waiting so long for them to come out! The staff also seem to bring their children with them to work and let them run up and down the restaurant while you are trying to eat. I keep my children in line when we are eating. No one likes dealing with unruly children when they are out eating, its one thing if it was other customer's children being disruptive but the staff's children - COME ON?!?! It costs about $60 for my family to go there and we used to go weekly but now we go much less often and will probably stop going altogether unless the food quality and service improves greatly!

Kitchen is a disaster!!!! Dirty and nasty!!! To bad was very good place till I saw the kitchen. No wonder the health department gives them terrible grades!!!!

wow, you will need a very large appetite when you eat here. such a large selection of delicious food it is difficult to choose. the staff are nice and friendly. eat here when you are very hungy!

Great food and selection, the decor could use a bit of a polish and scrub.

You will be offered a very large Buffet featuring the freshest,mouth watering,and affordable foods available at one price!You also have the option of trying either Japanese,Chinese or,American cuisine.I prefer the several different most awesome tasting Sushi which is also on the Buffet.If you are visiting Bristol,Tenn.anytime soon just look them up in the "Yellow Pages",of the Phone Book,and give them a shout.You won't regret eating here!
