Went to Aspen in Bristol to have fillings done. They did 4 fillings. I've never had sensitive teeth in my life till the touched them. They are not personable and move to quick for quality. It's all about their turnover rates there. Not to mention they don't look into your coverage or at least inform you of your actual coverage. Then they will try to talk you into everything under the sun saying it is all covered and then send you a $1000 bill. When asking about it they hung up on me. I will never use Aspen dental ever again.

They are very nice and greeted my husband and I at once. Jennifer is the lady whom done our ex-rays. She made sure that we were comfortable with how she done them, and helped us to our dental seats. After we were set Dr. Carle came in and looked at our teeth and ex-rays. He then talked to us about the issues, and what needed to be done. He took us to speak with Ashley to go over the plans and get billing ideas. They were all very professional as well as courteous. In my opinion this is how all places of dentistry or drs. should be !!

Thank you goes out to Ashley, Dr. Carle, Jennifer, Megan, Kima, and Christy . Yall are awesome.

This was the best dental experience I've ever had. The office staff is nice, the nurses are nice and caring, the doctors are u understanding, caring, thoroughly explain procedures. I had an extraction done recently and it was pain free! I didn't think it was possible. Kudos to aspen dental. They serve a lot of people, but it doesn't affect their service to each patient.

I used to go to their Johnson City office until their male dentists left there, and the female Asian dentist there was way too rough on me and I did not think I wanted her to be my dentist so I'm now going to Bristol and am seen by Dr Carle, a very good (male) dentist. But, Dr Carle can be unpredictable, make random, fast movements, hurt you, and then not apologize, but overall he's done good work on me. He's smart and focused.



The dental hygienist (I think her name is Debra) in Bristol leaves some things to be desired.

1) She canceled my appt that she had made for me 6 months prior, and then after I called her back to reschedule an appt as she asked me to do on my voicemail, she left me a new voice mail telling me she wanted me to call her back yet again to confirm the new appt. I thought this was unusual and quite unprofessional. When I asked her in person why she canceled, her reply gave me the impression she was making things up as she went along. She said she "had to go to the doctor" but gave no explanation beyond that.



2) She's way too rough. She unnecessarily hurts when she flosses my teeth. There is NO need for this. I'm not sure if I'll put up with any more of her roughness. She would not floss herself that roughly, I guarantee that.

This was my first experience at Aspen. From the moment I walked in to the minute I left the staff was great. Smiling, helpful and courteous. My mouth needed a crown and several cavities filled, along with the standard cleaning that was recommended. After the extensive x-rays (which were only 19 bucks) we had a consultation. The Dr went over my proposed plan of action and itemized the list from most needed to least. Which was really nice. I want to hear it like it is, and that's what I got. As far as getting an appt I wanted, they did that as well, which we all know is rare anywhere these days. I came back that same day to start. What great service! I would highly recommend this outfit for dental work over at least 80% of the others in this area. Nice clean building and great staff, perfect explanation of work performed, I can't wait to see the final product! Thanks Aspen of Bristol for easing my mind and making it affordable to correct my concerns.

This was my second visit to Aspen Dental and it was wonderful. On my first visit, I had a cleaning and exam. Everyone was very professional and I was treated as a valued customer. Yesterday, I returned with a problem with my partial which was not made by Aspen, but it was repaired within minutes. I left the office filled with gratitude toward the staff of Aspen. I would recommend Aspen and Dr. Carle without reservation.

I am a new patient at Aspen Dental. I have been there twice and have had a cleaning and a cavity filling. This is a wonderful place! Dr. Carle is the best!! Everyone I met there has been professional, helpful, full of information, positive, friendly, and competent. I am more than pleased to find such a great dentistry office!

Went for first visit Jan. 14, 2013. I had broke out a crown. My regular dentist wanted me to have a dental implant which is out of my budget. I received 2 other options at the Aspen Dental office which I was very pleased with. The staff were excellent, everyone from the dentist, hygenist, assistants and the finance person. The prices are very reasonable and they work things out to help people afford the dental work they need. I very highly recommend this office.

I had a great experience with the staff at Aspen Dental in Bristol, Tn. Everything was explained and everyone provided excellent service. I highly recommend them for your dental needs.

Aspen Dental Bristol is fantastic. I was having quite a bit of tooth pain and they were able to get me in quickly and Dr. Carle was fantasic. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. They explained everything I needed and that was probably the most thorough visit I've ever had from a dentist. They got my problem taken care of fast and I can assure you that I plan on going there for anything else I need. I've already told most of the people I work with and family. Thank you guys so much!!

I am in the process of having some teeth pulled and getting dentures. I am so impressed with the professionalism and compassion of the people who work here. They have made me feel so comfortable. Jordan worked with me on the financial end making a financial plan i can easily manage. These poeople are phenomenal. I have not had dental insurance for years so my teeth were in bad shape but the people who worked here were not judgemental like other places I have been. They get you in and get it done; unlike other places where you have to have 3-4 visits before they will do anything. I highly reccomend this place.
