HORRIBLE!! If you are looking to consign your clothes for the first time, and you want to be treated disrespectfully for not understanding all the rules, then this is the place for you. I was treated poorly, rushed out the door, criticized for bringing in off-season clothing, and told repeatedly that they just didn't have time and that I best figure out what it is I wanted to sell and hurry up before they closed. I was never told about the 30-piece clothing limit on the phone, and so when I tried to pick the nicer pieces of my clothing collection, I was told to just get my contract signed and get out the door before closing. Please understand, some of my clothing still had tags on them, so I wasn't trying to give them poor quality clothing. (Why a retail store was closing at 5pm on a weekday is another question for another day, I guess.) Good luck to anyone who uses this place. I'll sell my stuff on Ebay next time and keep a higher percent of the profits, thanks.
