Provided by YP.comThis place is cheapest around, but the staff is rude, had my unit broken into and they don't send out any bill notices, so if you prepay and then expect a bill you will be only contacted when the bill is late and have to pay a 25 buck late fee, what a scam....so I will be moving my stuff to a better location with better service and be glad to pay more to recieve the service that customers deserve.....sooooo long Bristol....by the way I will be complaining to the BBB tooooo.
I apologize for the previous management and the experience that you had. The site has been under new management since October 2012 and I can assure you that the staff is much improved and strives to provide the best customer service possible. Most storage facilities to not send out an invoice unless it is requested by the tenant. If you were interested in giving us a second try select units are now 1/2 off the first 2 months.
