Food is amazing. Service is terrible. Everyone who works there blames their mistakes on you. Like it's my fault you're an a**hole. But the food is beyond delicious. Which is why I give 3 stars.

Not sure why this place has such bad reviews. We ordered pizza along with garlic bread and it was pretty good! They were polite. The only thing they need to improve on is delivery time. There are far worse places you can order from in Bristol...

An insult to Italian Pizza and New York style Pizza. Don't even bother trying save your money and buy a frozen Pie.

Ordered a meatball pizza, they delivered Pepperoni - called to tell them, she said that is my fault- I paused waiting to hear what the fix will be... she ask what I would like to do. I said how much for a meatball pizza, she said the price, I said how long, she said 30 minutes.

Listen Lady, I was being nice and gave you a chance to fix this, something that was clearly your fault. -

To many pizza places around - you lost another customer

I was told 45 minutes for my food and after an hour I called to ask about it, was rudely told "they're on the way" and then hung up on. He didn't even verify who I was to know which order I called about. After that it still took 35 minutes to get to my house. My lasagna was burnt and the rest of the food was cold and very greasy! Their menu immediately went in the garbage! There are way too many good places to order from in Bristol. I'm not sure how anyone could be a repeat customer of this place!!

Third time NOT a charm! Waited an hour all 3 times for delivery. Second time they got the order wrong and had to come back even later! And on top of it, the pizza is not very good. This third (and last) time, the pizza is under done and the wings were burned.

Too oily, bad service never buying from again.

Worst Customer service EVER! I called to place an order on a Friday night, a normal order nothing too complicated for one person. When I asked to substitute my side of fries for a salad I was asked to hold on... Upon returning to the phone I was rudely told "no can't do that" I asked the young lady if we could pay a difference in price or an up charge for the salad substitution and was told " we're real busy tonight we can't do this" . When I told the employee to cancel the order she then stated " what you talkin bout". I hope they were so busy that they can afford to loose paying customers that have been faithfull since the business opened.
