It's horrible. I had flowers delivered via the internet for a funeral in Connecticut. I was from out of state. When I showed up to the viewing I was astonished at the EXTREMELY pathetic flower arrangement! very small flowers, several of which were dying, a few green filler leaves and the arrangement was an embarrasment coming from a professional florist. The grocery store flowers would have been better. I called to complain and was told by the owner that was the "recipe" from the Teleflora company and said it was deceiving on the internet! He also stated while he was making it he thought it didn't look good! Also tried to use the excuse it was Valentine's day and he didn't have the flowers. I couldn't believe a business would be so poor in their quality and customer service. I think he didn't think I would see them since I ordered from out of state!!
