I went to buy a mountain bike, and the female staff person asked all the right questions to help me find just the right bike. It turned out that all of their bikes were out of my price range, but they were able to point me to three other places (all pawn shops, something I would have never thought of) that they knew to receive bikes. They even told me exactly where each place was. I'm impressed by businesses that work to satisfy the customer, even if it means making that person someone else's customer. When I need accessories for the bike that I do purchase, I will get them at Biker's Edge.
