I live in St. Louis my mom lives in Covington. She had a major plumbing issue with her pipes. Justin called and kept me informed during the whole process and made it very easy to handle. I would highly recommend.

They do great work and are very knowledgeable. They usually come the next that I call and have come the day I called a few times. Would recommend them to anyone.

I was given an appointment, they showed up, gave me an estimate. The price quote was reasonable. Therefore I allow them to do the job , they had all the equipment need to complete several jobs for me.

Fixed the problem and were great with explaining and informing the issue and the solution.

Will was very pleasant, kept me informed by phone on his arrival time when delayed, very professional, knowledgeable, got me up and running quickly!!! Had an emergency on Saturday morning, problem found and solved Saturday evening, thank you Will!!!

We called Draingo during a winter storm in Memphis, which did delay their ability to come right away. However, we did appreciate updates by phone. Upon arrival, the plumber was very quick to fix our sink and very polite.

Johnathan came out and was very professional. He found a part that I thought would have to be ordered for my commode. He came back the same day and repaired it. He cleaned up and was very neat.

Well, one morning I walked outside to get me a cold pop, and i thought someone was bar-b-q-ing. I didnt have no shoes on my feet or nothing. I looked over at my yard and yelled Lord Jesus my yard is flooded..I ran, I ran for my life, grabbed my phone and called Sonya at Draingo Plumbing and a plumber was dispatch immediately. I ran so hard i got bronchitis..
Brandon came out and repaired my busted water line in my yard and made my wife very happy..
For that i am very grateful.. They are some good guys..
We will be using Draingo Plumbing for all of out plumbing needs for now on..

I love this company! Very courteous and professional! I have had work done by them in the past and just recently and the service is always the same. I will continue using their service in the future, as well as referring other customers.

Horrible customer service, technician was scheduled to come between 3 and 6PM

didn’t get to the house until after 8:30 PM , smelled of alcohol and then talked me into a higher price service, instead of the service I called about.... which didn’t work.

I asked the technician about a warranty and was told he would give me 30 days, less than 22 days after we are having the same problems.

I contacted them and was told that I was having the same problem and an additional problem related to the work they did...( they left the cap off my main drain clean out and after the big rain we had, mud and debris washed down in to my main drain and has stopped it up.

I was told it was not their problem and the technician denied even telling me that he was going to give me the 30 day warranty.

Could have knocked me over with a feather when the technician flat out denied saying he was going to give me a 30 day warranty…

Please use another plumbing company, that will stand behind their work and be honest.

I received same day service. The plumber was very nice. It was Sat and they did not charge weekend rates like another company I called.
