Friendly and more than helpful in taking care of the customer. Unlike the Big Box stores like Home Depot, help actually finds you. The people here provide help above and beyond what would be expected. I once took in a floor lamp that needed a few micro-small nuts in a ard to reach area. I have trouble with my hands and the attendant noticed. He proceeded to get the nuts I needed, took apart thelamp, connected the iny nuts then went through and tightened everything else up. I kinda felt ripped off, he overcharged for is services. My total bill was $1.32 for everything. I offered to pay him for the work he did, but he refused and wouldn't take anything. This isn't a one time occurence, they have helped me many times, always ending with a big thanks and a warm smile. I have determined that the cold walls and hard to find help at other places just isn't worth the aggravation in my opinon. Rolison is a friendly and helpul place to get the job done. I say, why go else where?
