After waiting for over 2 hours to get assistance assigned by Roadside Assistance, I had called and asked the delay. They said it was assigned to a towing company (that didn't even exist in our area!!) and there was no time yet. I requested, if possible, that they assign me to Pardiac Towing, as I had only had good dealings with them. They surprisingly did just that and within 25 minutes, they were there and had my car hooked up and on the road to my house. Fantastic prompt service, super friendly and delivered my car without any (additional) dings on it! Absolutely recommend!

They got to me in under 20 minutes recently and had me on my way within 45 minutes of calling in the freezing cold. Thank you so much!

These people were wonderful to me and my family and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. They were honest and fast and we shared a lot in common being family men. These people are good people. Obviously family owned and operated and I support that as well. Thanks for everything guys.

Blew a tire out on US 23...they arrieved within 15 minutes, got the tire changed and had me on my way in no time! Good job keep up the good work guys!

Horrible. Apparently this is the go-to for the Michigan State Police and I can see why. They wouldn't tow it to my house or shop of choice then declined to tell me about "storage fees" and other fees on top of it until 24 hours later.

When I had another tow company retrieve it (my car is worth more as scrap than the tow fee, thank you) they spent the entire time hooking it up trashing me or AAA. I can see why he "didn't bother" qualifying as a provider. They are awful.

Beware this one folks. If they must tow your car due to the police whim go to their shop immediately and pay it or insist on getting it sent to a local shop.



This family will not be good to yours.

I was broke down on I-96 in Brighton. I made 1 call to Pardiac towing and within 15 min they arrived with a flatbed. The driver was clean, professional and helpful with deciding on a local repair shop. I would recommend them to anyone!
