Needed a rush job to hook up city water. Call them and they worked with the construction company. Had hook up in less than 24 hours. Save our wedding shower. Highly recommend. Wonderful to work with.

Had a blockage from mainline to septic tank. Ken was courteous and professional. He successfully cleared the blockage, told me things to be mindful of, but wasn't condescending or accusatory like some plumbers I've met. This guy was nice, and did a good job at a fair price. If I ever need a plumber again, I'll be calling J. Needham and Sons again.
