Provided by YP.comMy sister just visited this establishment to return some flowers that had died nearly a week after she bought them. One of the sons of the owners berated her in such a way that she cried the entire way home. I have never heard of or seen "customer service" such as this and cannot believe someone would do that to another human being LET ALONE A PAYING CUSTOMER. I will viciously degrade this establishment to ANYONE who asks where they should buy flowers and PURPOSELY send them to the competitors down the road. My family & I will NEVER set foot in this establishment again, and neither will anyone I know if I can help it.
