Dont waste your Money as I did. Extremly poor customer service. They sold me a Chevy steering column for a Ford. They could not help me with the wiring . They didnt spec that you need a $265 linkage to make it work. They charged $450 for a vaccum brake booster and MC that I couldn't shut the hood after the install. They're fix was to shim the bracket to angle it down. Why would you not fix the bracket to fit? Strongly reccomend Toms Bronco Parts over these guys. They could'nt care less about helping you of doing things right

I have ordered from other bronco websites and have never had the problems that I did with bronco graveyard. I ordered a complete third member and 31 spline axle kit with bearings. First off I was amazed at how slow they were at processing my order compared to others. When I did get the parts the bearings that came were the wrong ones. When I phoned them and told them they were basically like "oops" I guess we did send the wrong ones. They then wanted me to ship the wrong ones back on my dime and then made it seem like they were doing me a new favor by shipping the proper ones to my house and not the warehouse I usually get stuff shipped to (I'm canadian and live close to the border and its cheaper to have it shipped to an American address). 9 days then went by and I had not received my bearings. I called them and after almost an hour of getting a busy signal I was able to speak with someone who advised my they forgot to ship them. I was told that they would be shipped that day by priority mail, upon looking into priority mail I learned it would take another 6 business days to arrive. I called back again and spoke to a manager and voiced my displeasure, he told me to go out and buy the bearings locally and they would reimburse me, so I did. Spent $125 and never got my money back. Bronco graveyard is a joke of a company with horrible customer service. I almost forgot to mention once I got all my parts I was having trouble installing them, called bronco graveyard for some tech advise with absolutely no success. Phoned a different bronco company and had my answer in about 30 seconds. Do not order from bronco graveyard, you will be disappointed.

Website looks great. Seems like if you have a Bronco, here's the place. I thought...Ordered an Extreme Power Brake Disc/Drum kit for my customer's 1973 Ford Bronco 4X4 w/302. Great price, looks good, came INCOMPLETE! Both brake lines included DID NOT fit. Called them to let know, was told to e-mail brake line description and issues and they would get back with me first thing in the a.m.. Almost a complete day went by, no reply. Called them to see what's up, was told there is an adapter fitting which should be in box with master cylinder, NOT THERE. Problem, one fitting adapter is not going to correct BOTH lines from being wrong. Was told they checked the parts before shipping and that they were correct. Paid a local business $90 to have brake lines made to run from porpotioning valve to master cylinder. Told JBG, they were willing to send me some different lines. Problem, we are in Tucson, AZ and they are in Michigan, 5-days shipping or overnight, plus I have to get customer's vehicle out of here with in promised/contract time (tomorrow). Told them I spent $90 on lines, they replied they would refund my money on the incorrect brake lines they sent, @$30.00 value! Asked them if they were going to cover shipping, they replied NO! So with the time lost, the aggravation, postponing job completion, added cost, from an ASA shop with @ 40 years in business and ASE Master Techs, I WILL NOT recommend this company.

Jeff's Bronco Graveyard was no...

Jeff's Bronco Graveyard was not helpful in resolving a damaged part I purchased. I hoped to give them more business, but now have decided to buy future parts elsewhere. The bad customer service, and slow response to complaints will not help this company attain success.

Jeffs Bronco Graveyard took an unsuccessful path in choosing to not properly resolve a case concerning a damaged part I was shipped. Customer satisfaction is the key to a successful business, and the manager s at Jeff s Bronco Graveyard are hindering that business by a lack of understanding in the dynamic of properly retaining repeat customers.

I own a repair shop in Raleigh, NC and needed an obsolete part for an obsolete truck. I ordered a proportioning valve on Thursday, and had the new part in hand Monday morning. I am very impressed with the speed of this transaction.

I have ordered multiple parts ...

I have ordered multiple parts from Jeff's Bronco Graveyard, ranging from weather stripping, suspension parts to gaskets and seals. The parts have arrived on time and never damaged and they always had them in stock. I would highly suggest this business for your project. There online service is great, never failed to disappoint me so far. I gave them 5 star because I guess the need to call them as never been needed. Everything's been great.

Don't waste your time or money...

Don't waste your time or money doing business here, the customer service is non existent, after contacting them by phone they do NOT return the call, e-mail, don't waste your time, they don't answer that either. The "NEW" parts look like they were dragged behind the UPS truck. I would NEVER and I mean NEVER do business with them again. I just wish I had known about the bad service before I spent my money there, it would of been a lot of frustration that could of been avoided.
