Removed multiple wasp nest around my property. Joe was polite and thorough. Good price and good service.

I work here and that's not the right number so no wonder you couldn't get through. I don't know who you talked to but I apologize for the inconvenience.

I've never wrote a review before but I called these guys the minute they opened and talked to the lady in the office who said she was going to call the techs out in the field and have them call me to set something up but I didn't hear from them in over an hour so I called back...voicemail. Called again a half hour later and left another message. It's now close to their closing time and still never heard from them. I called Orkin and it was easy to set an appointment up and they are cheaper than a couple other places I called.
