The communication and customer service was fantastic. The carpet cleaning was done so well, I recommended this company.

They did an exceptional job! They picked up the rugs as scheduled and delivered it back as scheduled and promised. This year, I had my carpeted stairs and a carpeted hallway cleaned. Very professional, courteous and pleasant workers.

I highly recommend using Roy's carept cleaning. I have had my carpets cleaned before and no none could get several stains out. They came and got the same stains out with ease. We re about put our house on the market and Roy's carept cleaning made my carpet ls look like new again for our showings. I encourage you to give them a try!

Highly recommended. From start to finish, this company was professional, responsive and accommodating. The technician, arrived on time and was focused on making sure we were happy with the results and we even received a follow-up call for any feedback - He is the best, super nice! They saved us from having to buy brand new carpeting. Well worth it!!

Don't look around any more- use these guys! I had a last minute pre-rental cleaning request and they bent over backwards to help me out. Great to work with- finally a service provider you can count on! Great experience too!
