I usually dont write reviews, but really wanted to support Brighton Motor after bringing my car there over the holiday. The owner knows my name, the manager shakes my hand... My whole family has always brought their cars to these guys. I have sent friends and co-workers to them as well, and have never had a problem. There have been several incidents where costs were beyond my/others current means and we have always worked out a friendly, professional, community feeling compromise. This is a local, family run business. Finding a trustworthy mechanic who will tell it like it is, is hard to come by. I highly recommend bringing your car to these guys.

These guys are great! I live in Brighton and every time I've had an issue with my car I always call them. They are fast, cheap and reliable. I took off one star because I do wish they had a seating area where you could sit and wait for your car and watch TV like some of the other dealerships have. Regardless of that they always offer to drive me anywhere I need to go so that is never an issue. Take my word for it , these guys are great!

Brighton Motor Service has always given me the best service and bang for my buck . I own a Mercedes C300 and every time I used to take it to the dealership I was always charged $300-$400 bucks just for a diagnosis. One time the Mercedes dealership charged me $500 just to tell me that my AC was broken when I came in saying it was broken. All they did was flush the blue fluid through the car and for $500 told me what I already knew and didn't fix it! I have referred numerous friends to the guys over at BMS and will continue to do so because they are honest, quick and reliable people.

This place is a lucky find with excellent service. All the repairs made to my car were a fraction of the cost of any other shop in the area. I have brought my car here on several occasions and they even give me discounts for being a return customer. I have a late model Acura and they have fixed things that other shops could not even figure out. I am surprised by the previous review and highly doubt it is genuine. This shop is fast and inexpensive and they never leave you hanging. I would recomend this place to everyone looking for auto repair. i do not trust the other review it is very sketchy and unlikely to be true as I first hand have experienced excellent service and they treat me like family when ever i come in for repairs with great prices and fast service.

This is by far the worst services I have ever encountered. When I first took my car in for a simple tune up, I had trouble telling who worked there and who was a customer. After 10 minutes of standing around, someone finally asked me what I needed. A man took my keys and took off with my car. I live close by so I would periodically check in with where my car was in the process. When I drove by I saw that it had not moved from the same spot for two days. I finally showed up and demanded to have my keys back, only to see 4 employees in an empty car bay and my car still parked out on the side of the street. Finally, the man gave me back my keys without any question and I headed out to my car. When I got to my car I found that the door had been left open in the middle of the street with dirty fingerprints and rags in the interior. Worse than when I left it there and they didn't do any repair to it!!!!



I would never suggest to a friend or an enemy that these people service their cars. The level of incompetence is amazing there. This place has lost my business and my friend's business as well. Please do not make the same mistake that I made by bringing your car to these obviously inadequate repairmen.
