For years, I have been going to techna glass to have my windshields replaced and rock chips repaired on our 5 vehicles. In fact, I just replaced 2 there last week. I sent my daughter into the Brigham City location to repair a tiny 'C' shape chip. When she went to get into the car, there was a 3-4 inch crack. When she asked about it, they said that can happen. I've never been told that it could happen or that they won't warranty it if it happens while they are working on it over the years of having my cars serviced there. So then I called their main number and talked to Customer Service. They told me that at least they stopped it from running any further and that they would be happy to replace it at a discounted price. WHAT!!!! There was no crack in it in the first place and now you want me to pay you to replace it. What a joke!!!! I will never go to Techna Glass again, and I will let everyone know what horrible customer service they have and that they don't stand by their services.
