I cannot believe how absolutely rude these people are. My first 3 payments were 3 days early, and with my first late payment they called and were extremely disrespectful and rude to me like every payment I've made has been late. Once my loan is paid off I will never get a loan with them again, and I definitely will not be referring or suggesting them. I Dont know where their customer service morals come from, but they seriously need to re adjust them.

Deceptive lending practices! Beware of Shark Loan Operation! They will do anything to recollect and harass you by coming to the door...we paid these people off.
