quick service, did not exceed estimate, fair price

I live outside of Michigan and broke down on my way home from taking my daughter to college. This shop towed my car and was fabulous in terms of getting it repaired. Wished they were closer, I would definitely use them.

Had a vehicle that needed work done and I do not live close. I brought it in and was told I would get an estimate in a couple days. Never got a call back so I called, They said they were having trouble finding parts but will call me back tomorrow.....well that tomorrow turned into 10 days and still no call. I called and was told They will call back.....never did. Finally got a hold of them and they were rude with me. They said cannot find parts and I will have to pick it up. I looked online and was able to find all the parts needed in 10 minutes. Had to get my vehicle towed home to a real mechanic. Complete waste of time and money.....very unprofessional company
