I purchased a 5 gallon water-tank container at Elliott Beverage Company, as I have for over a year now. I installed it in my dispenser that night, and by the next morning my living room was thoroughly soaked with water that had slowly but steadily leaked out due to a hole somewhere in the container. I replaced the leaky container with a new one and there was no leakage, ruling out any issue with the dispenser. When I took the container back to Elliot and asked for a refund, the manager on duty flat out refused to offer any relief for the faulty container they sold. He would not even test out the container to see if I was correct about the leakage. The manager was rude - saying it was my fault despite the fact that my complaining presented little financial benefit to me. At a loss, I had no choice but to leave the store. I feel that this is an unacceptable way to treat a consumer who was stuck with a faulty product. To truly know a company, you need to find out their response when a product they sold has an issue. It seems that Elliott's response is to blame the customer and send them off unsatisfied. I would definitely NOT recommend this place.
