Giving this company one star is being very generous. They came to do a job on my chimney. The installers had no clue what they were doing. They did more damage then help and left. I called the company for 2 months to get them to come back out and finish the job and they blew me off every time. The woman who answers the phone is beyond rude when there are problems. I have an unfinished chimney now that still needs repaired. A huge hole in my basement wall from them and an incompetent company who won't finish the job. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you enjoy crap work, no returned phone calls and zero customer service abilities. I don't know how the owner sleeps at night.
