There is a young African American male serves as postal employee. He spent extensive periods of time helping, smiling, flirting, and interacting with young females. When it was finally my turn to be served (white American male) he wore a sour grim on his face, and when I asked him a basic question about how to fill out a simple money order, he abruptly told me he didn't know, and that was not part of his job. As he continued to be unhelpful and uninterested, I immediately went to the other line where a pleasant female employee waited upon me and efficiently and patiently addressed all my issues about the money order. There is absolutely no excuse for a postal service employee to show lack of knowledge about basic postal concepts This young postal service employee should honestly be getting some form of rehabilitation training, since ALL CUSTOMERS should be treated on an EQUAL BASIS!!!
