Bad business! If you like redoing paperwork multiple times and not being able to talk to anyone that can really help you then work with them. I have had to talk with over 50 people in company and fill out modification 4 time and still they are asking me to fill out again because of yet another issue on their end! Save yourself the headache and find another company to work with. I forgot to mention my modification is complete otherwise I would go with another company now! The paperwork they file to state is messed up and I can't cancel modification or even sell my house/loan until they get this right
