Is very unprofessional. My taxes were not ready on time because they didn’t have the knowledge to perform the kind of taxes I brought to their company. They had my taxes for 5 days and returned them to me on the day taxes were dude and they were not prepared. Also the day of my appoint the preparer was late 1 hr with no apology. My friend was charged $190.98 tax at this company. I went to Liberty and I had a 20 min wait and it took 20 min to do my taxes. When I pay $160.00 at Liberty.
