He gave me a quote for a heat pump for $2,200. Said he needed the money to purchase the heat pump. Took my money and never heard from him again. Took him to court and got a judgement but can't get my money back. This guy is a loser who steals money and never intends to do the work. If anyone else out there has had a similar experience but let me know. His name is Ron Matheny.
