I will NEVER use this travel agency again! When booking 2 tickets to Spain for Nov. 2010 travel, agent Karen Drodz treated us as if we were a bother, and she bordered on rude. The aircraft she booked us on had to have been about 20 years old, the seats basically had no cushion left, very uncomfortable, and i spent the entire 7.5 hour flight with the seat in front of mine nearly planted in my face. I usually book my own flights to Europe, with very good success, one only needs to review the aircraft details on a site such as SeatGuru to determine the age, legroom and amenities of the aircraft choices. This is not rocket science, and isn't the whole point of using an agency to get the best choices?? Very disappointed with this agency!
