It's a very mismanaged, unfriendly environment w/a toxic Board membership who care nothing for the disabled residents. They are currently attempting to violate ADA laws and guidelines regarding the deliveries of food from a franchise organizations by their employees (not Uber or LYFT drivers) who are insured and covered for any unintentional or accidental security incidents. Peapod, Ffld. Pizza and other covered food providers. Board is refusing to let owners (especially on the upper floors and Penthouse level where in this building there are 2 out of 4 units with handicapped persons. Why? Power, control addicts and blatantly disrespectful to persons with disabilities. Both physical and mental.
