It seems to be improving with the new board in place. Time will tell. It is a cheap place to live with water heat gas provided with the common charges of less than $500.00 a month. The only extra is with a gas dryer a $3.00 a month charge is added. They do make a good effort cleaning common areas and a great job with the last snow storm.

My family has lived here since it opened in 40s. Ive been here since 1992. Backyards from my view look like shantys. Dark. Unsafe. No security. Rules which im for. But to be fined 100-300$ based on one neighbors statement? Common charges ridiculous. Upkeep is on the owner. Over 450$ in monthly common charges is ridiculos. Charge more if you have a washer. Surrounding neighborhood is crap. Lots if money needing junkies/thieves. Very poor snow removal. Very limited parking. Very dark. Unsecure. No security. Getting worse fast. I own. You must own. Imstuck in a 75 yr old studio.

Worst place to live because of the Mangnent! Bunch of crooks and thieves. The Manager DAVID is the most unprofessional person you can possibly deal with. They will make you're life a living hell constantly trying to rob you out of money. Pay big bucks for common charges and they still try to get more out of you any way they can

don't ever live there! if you do, assure you have all correspondence from management office in WRITING as DAVID and his pack of thieves will lie/cheat and steal their way to nickel and diming you to death. Completely unprofessional, amateur management organization who do all they can to take advantage of residents!! The only reason i gave (1) star was because i wouldn't be able to post w/o any....s/b negative stars!!
