Hope Kitchens was supposed to come to my house between 10:30-11:30am to evaluate my kitchen for a possible remodel. I took time out of my schedule and waited for several hours for them to show up, which they never did. After calling the store to find out where they were they just responded with "well can the person who was supposed to come just come now." No. Absolutely unprofessional
and a waste of my time. I will not recommend them to anyone.

Customer service is very poor. I'm am currently in a dispute with this company over the granite countertop they put in my kitchen.
At first, the salesman, Adrian, was courteous and helpful. However, throughout the process he became impatient with me because I asked to change the date twice. Once the countertop was installed and I noticed it did not cover the full space of the counter (by fractions of an inch), he became even hostile and refused to acknowledge the problem. Currently, I have a cabinet that is exposed because the granite does not fully cover it. Liquid and crumbs will easily enter my cabinet edge and will surely cause damage to the wood.
I'm waiting to speak with the manager -whom is not reachable via phone to customers unless he happens to be in the office.
I will update this post as the problem evolves.
